Just like any other government organization, EPFO also have thousands of members with complaints or grievances. Given the importance of EPF and how huge the organization is with millions of members, it is bound to have complaints from members. To resolve issues EPF members might have, the organization has setup a complaint filing portal where anyone can register their grievance. This website is: http://epfigms.gov.in/ you can visit this portal and there you have different options to file your grievance, PF related issues or anything else that you would like to complaint about to the EPFO.
This portal is a handy tool for all the EPF members if they want to file complaints regarding various PF related issues or if they are facing problems at regional EPF office in their city or town. To register a complaint, please visit this website here:
There at the top you can see ‘Register Grievance’, click on this link and it will take you to a new page where you can fill in all the details to file the complaint.
On the new page you have to provide details such as Status, PF Number, office to which grievance pertains, Name of Establishment, Address of Establishment, your name, pin code, country, mobile number, email address, etc.
Once you have entered all the details related to your EPF complaint, you can click the ‘Submit’ button to submit the complaint.

Make sure you also mention your UAN while submitting a complaint, otherwise it may not be entertained by the officials. Please note that this EPF grievance portal is only meant to file your complaints online, but if you want to submit your complaint in a letter format, then you have to submit it to your local office. We recommend filling provident fund complaints online, because it is a much faster and convenient option because you don’t have wait in long queues at the local EPF office.
